#19 Weston
The Weston Boys return six of their top seven from last year and are led by two sub 16 runners in Matthew Fitzgibbon and Aarav Mehta. Fitzgibbon cracked 16 twice last season at the Twilight Meet and DCL Championships, running a PR of 15:41 at the latter. He was 13th at the Meet of Champions and will look to assert himself as one of the top runners in Division 2 this season.
Mehta ran 15:57 last season at the Twilight Meet and followed it up with a 4:26 Mile this past outdoor season despite missing a good chunk of the indoor season. His PR is 4:21 from 2025. Combined with Fitzgibbon, Weston should have one of the best 1-2 punches in Division 2. However, it could be Hunter Waechter that seperates them in the team scoring. As a sophomore, he was second overall, part of 1-3 sweep, in the Foley race at the DCL Championships in a time of 16:18. This past spring he ran 9:45 for two miles. Whenever Weston races, expect to see their top trio near the front of the pack.
Kevin Han and Thomas Moser both return from last season and should round out the top five. If both runners can get under 17, Weston will be formidable in any race they enter. Han ran a PB of 4:37 this spring while Moser excelled over shorter distances running 2:01 for 800m.
