BSR Race Forecast
Week Two is upon us and most leagues start competition this week if they haven’t already. They’ll be plenty of action this week from Tuesday to Saturday, so let’s take a look.
Tuesday 9/9:
A lot of Leagues start competition today, like the Middlesex League, Catholic Conference, Patriot League, Hockomock, and many more.
Girls #1 Lexington has their first dual meet as they welcome Wakefield to town.
Boy’s #10 Parker Charter Essential has their first tri-meet against Burncoat and Notre-Dame Academy Worcester.
Wednesday 9/10:
The Bay State Conference continues to throw down the gauntlet with mid-week battles.
Boys #2 Natick takes on #14 Wellesley and Braintree. In the girl’s race, #9 Wellesley faces another tough test against surging Braintree and Natick. Braintree fell last week to #12 Weymouth and #5 Needham, but showed they can compete with the best.
Speaking of which, Girls #6 Newton North takes on Weymouth and Milton at Wompatuck State Park. Weymouth finds themselves in a tough matchup again, after winning the Vineyard Invitational. They’ll look to rebound after a close loss to Needham and make another big statement. On the boy’s side, Junior Patrick Geagan of Weymouth will look to defend his home turf against #17 Newton North.
Saturday 9/13
