16. Bishop Feehan
Bishop Feehan was fourth in the Division 1C race last season and return six of their top 7. That squad was able to qualify for the Meet of Champions and will bring that experience into next season. Up front Sophie Shaw and Ally Oram will lead the way. They enter 2025 having run 19:11 and 19:28. Shaw also cracked 20 minutes on the difficult course at Fort Devens.
They should get a boost from incoming Junior Grace McGahan who had a stellar outdoor season running 5:18 for the mile. McGahan also ran her PR of 20:39 at the Meet of Champions last season.
To add to their depth, they have six more runner’s that have run under 22 minutes that will be competing for those coveted spots on the varsity squad. Rachel Akins could be a contender for the Shamrocks after a strong outdoor season. She was their seventh runner last season with a 21:05 5K PR.
