Indoor track season can wait! Extend your cross country season by competing in one of the most prestigious high school cross country events!
Athletes are encouraged to compete in the Footlocker Cross Country Northeast Regional on Nov. 25 in Boston at the historic Franklin Park.
Olympians and National Champions such as Edward Cheserek, Donn Cabral, Aisling Cuffe, Cathy Schiro, and Jen Rhines have competed in the FLXC Northeast Regional.
The top 10 runners in both Boys and Girls Championship races will qualify to compete at the Footlocker National Championship race on Dec. 9 at Balboa Park and San Diego.
A variety of races for various age groups from the Middle School level up through High School are offered.
Below is the planned race schedule:
9:00 a.m. – age 11-14 Boys Youth 3K
9:30 a.m. – age 11-14 Girls Youth 3K
10:10 a.m. – Freshman/Sophomore Boys
10:40 a.m. – Freshman/Sophomore Girls
11:15 a.m. – The Marty Lewis Championship Boys
12:00 p.m. – Championship Girls
12:45 p.m. – Junior/Senior Boys
1:15 p.m. – Junior/Senior Girls
