New Balance Athlete of the Week 1/19-1/25
Despite the weather outside, the action has continued to heat up this season. As we march closer and closer to the championship phase of the season, performances have gotten all the more impressive. Once again out athletes made it incredibly difficult to choose one, but we did our best.
MSTCA Freshmen-Sophomore Meet: New Stars and New Records
A snowstorm and schedule change didn’t stop the MSTCA Freshmen Sophomore Meet from going on and it didn’t stop our athletes from showing up and showing out. Saturday was a marathon of action, an ideal Saturday for track and field fans. Let’s look at some of the outstanding performances from the state’s underclassmen.

New Balance Athlete of the Week 1/12-1/19
We’re halfway through January and things are starting to heat up as athletes to start to sharpen up for the post season. That said, we still some new records last week, and some performances that were very close.

The Nor’Easter at the Track
New Year, New Meet. Trials of Miles racing will be hosting a new meet at the Track at New Balance. The Nor’Easter Invitational features athletes from around New England, as well as some prominent track and field stars from the Bay State.

Indoor T&F Preview: Boys Mile and Two Mile
Looking at the top returners for the Mile and Two Mile from indoors last season doesn’t give a full picture of what to expect this season. Many of this season’s top runners ran significantly faster in Outdoor than they did for Indoors. For the Mile there are eleven runners returning that have cracked 4:20, and in the Two Mile, there are ten runners returning that have run under 9:30.
