10. Parker Charter Essential
Parker Charter returns four of their top seven from a squad that scored 25 points at the Division 3C meet last year and 52 at the Meet of Champions. They won both and could be even better this year. They’ve got almost everything you need to be a top contender throughout the Bay State.
They’ve got a strong front sub 16 runner returning in Nathanial Henshaw. From there they’ve got a three-man pack between 16:22 and 16:39 that should work together to get the best out of one another. Also watch out for incoming freshmen Jett Johnson. He ran a 4:46 Mile last spring, as just an eighth grader. His trajectory will be worth monitoring this fall.
The Panthers just need a strong fifth man to close out the scoring and they’ll be unstoppable. They may have it in Nathan Davis. If the soon to be Junior can improve upon his 17:59 from last year, this will be a tough team to contend with in any Division.
