It’s now on to the spring.
After a very brief hiatus, the outdoor season is underway with March 17, St. Patrick’s Day, signifying the first official day of practice.
The statewide competitions begin on April 24 with the MSTCA William Kane Freshmen-Sophomore Invitational at Holyoke and the MSTCA Warrior Invitational at Foxboro.
Below is the schedule of all the meets in MA, including the Marathon Sports sponsored BSR Mid Distance Classic at St. John’s Prep (April 25) and BSR Elite Scholastic Mile at Souhegan High In NH (May 5). We’ve also added a few popular out-of-state competitions, such as the Penn Relays Carnival in Philadelphia (April 24-26) and the Glenn B. Loucks Games in New York (May 8-10). The MIAA Division State Championships will take place between May 29 and June 2 at several venues. The MIAA Meet of Champions are slated for June 5 & 7 at Fitchburg State University.
